2006
Ken Blowers, a team leader with Halifax Insurance Ireland Ltd, was
highly commended by the judges of the Irish Contact Centre Awards under his category Contact Centre
Team Leader of the Year. We were one of 4 companies to be shortlisted under the category Contact Centre of the Year.
2007
We were announced as one of the
Best 50 Companies to Work For in Ireland. This prestigious honour was awarded following a detailed assessment by the Great Place to Work Institute of Ireland. For further information on the Best Companies Awards visit

We won the
Customer Service Contact Centre of the Year Award at the Customer Services Awards Ireland 2007. We were also shortlisted under Customer Complaints Team of the Year and Customer Service Team of the Year - Financial Services. Our Duration Control were highly commended under the Innovation in Customer Service Award category.
We were presented with a
Commendation for ‘Outstanding Achievement’ at the IITD FÁS National Training Awards 2007.
We were runners up for the Harvest Pearse Walsh Award for Innovation in the Transfer of Learning
2008
We were presented with Ireland's highest Human Resource Management (HRM) award - the
FAS Excellence Through People Platinum Standard. Our company was praised across a wide range of criteria including Business Planning and our ethos of continuous quality improvement, training, lifelong learning, communications and overall good management.
We were shortlisted for two categories at the European Contact Centre Awards (ECCA).
We were announced as the
Overall Winner of the
IITD / FÁS National Training Awards 2008 and
Sector Winner – All Multinational Companies.
